That belief took me first to nature photography. But with time, I became disenchanted with that pursuit. Nature photography, it seems, now is concerned with documenting places and species. That`s laudable, as documentation is vital, and indeed there are many skilled nature photographers. But that`s not for me; I seek the latitude to interpret objects, to let my Gaia viewpoint show in my photographs. Perhaps I lean more toward the photographic equivalent of poetry.
